The Sandgate Hotel supports the Sandgate Sea & Food Festival, 28, 29 & 30 August 2010

Now an established annual event, the Sandgate Sea and Food Festival will once again provide residents and visitors alike with their August Bank holiday entertainment. The Steering Group have worked tirelessly to ensure that every  form is correctly submitted, law is observed, licenses secured and, of paramount importance, the health and safety of all protected.

The event kicks off on the Saturday evening with live music and the ever popular fireworks followed on the Sunday with the children enjoying the antics of Charlie the Clown, a Punch and Judy show and the Oopsy Daisy Party Bus that will be parked in the lay by. Adults will also find a wealth of entertainment with events on land and water.

On Sunday 29th August, local musician Nic Bennett will be playing live at The Sandgate Hotel from 2pm until 5pm and food will be served all day in the restaurant and on the terrace overlooking the sea. It's all sea, it's all food, it's all seafood and local produce at The Sandgate Hotel to celebrate this year's festival.

As well as enjoying a great day of fun and promoting our village by the sea, we will be raising money for the Chichester Memorial Hall whose management team are fast making this important village facility the hub of the community.
